Who we are

Velmora Growth (“we”, “us”) is an SEO, AI-search and web development studio based in India that works with businesses in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. This policy explains what personal data we collect through velmoragrowth.com, why, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email rajnishk.seo@gmail.com.

What we collect

Information you send us: when you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, website URL, the service and market you select, your message and your consent confirmation. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics: the site does not currently run advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics (for example Google Analytics 4), it will only load after you accept it in a cookie banner where the law requires consent, and this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in messages.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and prepare the free video audit or proposal you asked for (steps you request before entering a contract).
To deliver and manage services if you become a client (performance of a contract).
To keep records, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the site (our legitimate interests).
To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it for us

Netlify hosts the website and processes contact-form submissions (Netlify Forms). Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States.
Google Fonts (Google LLC) delivers the site's web fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Email and messaging providers we use to correspond with you, for example our email provider and, if you contact us that way, WhatsApp (Meta).
Professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the provider's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last contact so we can follow up on the conversation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and then for the period required by tax and accounting law. Form submissions stored with our hosting provider are deleted periodically.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. This includes rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other US state laws, Canada's PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

To make a request, email us from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK or the OAIC in Australia).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiry data to the people who need it. No online system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending confidential information through the form.
